Sumur-sumur, salah satu dari empat kota orang Hewi yang berhasil membuat perjanjian dengan Yosua melalui tipu muslihat. Kota ini termasuk dalam wilayah Benyamin (Yosua 18:25). Sebagian orang mengidentifikasinya dengan el-Bireh di jalan menuju Nablus, 10 mil di sebelah utara Yerusalem.
