Keledai jantan, seorang Hewi yang darinya Yakub membeli sebidang tanah tempat Yusuf kemudian dikuburkan (Kejadian 33:19). Ia disebut “Emor” dalam Kisah Para Rasul 7:16. Anaknya, Sikhem, mendirikan kota dengan nama itu yang kemudian dihancurkan oleh Simeon dan Lewi karena kejahatannya terhadap Dina, anak perempuan Yakub (Kejadian 34:20). Hemor dan Sikhem juga dibunuh (ay. 26).
