Hiram
Juga disebut “Huram” dan “Horam,” raja Tirus. Ia mengadakan persekutuan dengan Daud, dan membantunya membangun istananya dengan mengirimkan tukang-tukang yang cakap, serta kayu aras dan kayu sanobar dari Libanon (2 Samuel 5:11; 1 Tawarikh 14:1). Setelah kematian Daud, ia mengadakan persekutuan serupa dengan Salomo, dan sangat membantunya dalam membangun bait suci (1 Raja-raja 5:1; 9:11; 2 Tawarikh 2:3). Ia juga mengambil bagian dalam perdagangan Salomo ke Laut Timur (1 Raja-raja 9:27; 10:11; 2 Tawarikh 8:18; 9:10).
