Yesimon, kemungkinan suatu tanah tandus yang tinggi di sebelah selatan Laut Mati (Bilangan 21:20; 23:28; 1 Samuel 23:19, 24); atau kemungkinan bukanlah nama diri, melainkan hanya berarti “padang tandus” atau “padang belantara”, wilayah yang menghadap ke bawah dari dataran tinggi Zif (lihat artikelnya).
