Uza
Kekuatan, seorang anak Abinadab, yang di rumahnya orang-orang Kiryat-Yearim menempatkan tabut itu ketika dibawa kembali dari tanah orang Filistin (1 Samuel 7:1). Ia bersama saudaranya, Ahyo, mengantar kereta yang memuat tabut itu saat Daud berusaha membawanya ke Yerusalem. Ketika lembu-lembu itu terpeleset, Uza, yang secara langsung melanggar hukum ilahi (Bilangan 4:15), mengulurkan tangannya untuk memegang tabut itu, dan seketika itu juga disambar hingga mati. Tempat terjadinya peristiwa ini sejak saat itu disebut Peres-Uza (1 Tawarikh 13:11). Karena hal ini, Daud takut untuk melanjutkannya, lalu menempatkan tabut itu di rumah Obed-Edom, orang Gat itu (2 Samuel 6:2-11; 1 Tawarikh 13:6-13).
