Peninnah
Peninnah was Elkanah's second wife and the rival of Hannah, the mother of Samuel. Because Hannah was childless while Peninnah had children, Peninnah taunted her, provoking the grief that led Hannah to pray for a son at the tabernacle in Shiloh (1 Samuel 1:1-8).
