Meshullam
Meshullam, son of Berechiah, repaired two sections of Jerusalem's wall under Nehemiah, including the stretch opposite his own living quarters (Nehemiah 3:4, 3:30). His daughter's marriage into the family of Tobiah, one of Nehemiah's chief opponents, later gave Tobiah influential allies inside Jerusalem (Nehemiah 6:17-18).
