Hananya
Hananya ini adalah seorang nabi di Yerusalem yang secara terbuka menentang Yeremia, mematahkan kuk kayu yang dikenakan Yeremia sebagai tanda dan bernubuat bahwa pembuangan ke Babel akan berakhir dalam dua tahun (Yeremia 28:1-11). Yeremia kembali dengan pesan selanjutnya bahwa nubuat palsu Hananya akan dibayar dengan nyawanya dalam tahun itu, dan ia meninggal dua bulan kemudian (Yeremia 28:12-17).
