Tebe, yang disebut No atau No-Amon di Alkitab, adalah sebuah kota besar di Mesir kuno, jauh di hulu Sungai Nil. Nahum menunjuk pada kehancurannya yang lebih awal oleh Asyur sebagai peringatan tentang apa yang menanti Niniwe (Nahum 3:8-10), dan Yeremia serta Yehezkiel sama-sama memasukkannya dalam nubuat penghakiman terhadap Mesir.
