Zebedeus

Seorang nelayan Galilea, suami Salome (lihat), dan ayah dari Yakobus dan Yohanes, dua murid Tuhan kita (Matius 4:21; 27:56; Markus 15:40). Tampaknya dia adalah orang yang cukup terpandang di Kapernaum, karena dia memiliki dua perahu (Lukas 5:4) dan “orang-orang sewaan” sendiri (Markus 1:20). Namanya tidak lagi disebutkan setelah pemanggilan kedua putranya oleh Yesus.
