Pegunungan Seir adalah wilayah pegunungan di sebelah selatan dan timur Laut Mati yang menjadi tanah air keturunan Esau, yaitu orang Edom, setelah Esau menetap di sana (Kejadian 36:8). Medannya yang terjal berulang kali muncul dalam nubuat-nubuat penghakiman terhadap Edom, termasuk Yehezkiel 35.
