Núi Sê-i-rơ là vùng núi ở phía nam và phía đông Biển Chết, nơi trở thành quê hương của dòng dõi Ê-sau, tức dân Ê-đôm, sau khi Ê-sau đến định cư tại đó (Sáng-thế Ký 36:8). Địa hình hiểm trở này xuất hiện nhiều lần trong các lời tiên tri phán xét dân Ê-đôm, bao gồm cả Ê-xê-chi-ên 35.
