1. Isaiah 2:13 אַרְזֵ֣י

   against all the cedars of Lebanon, lofty and lifted up, against all the oaks of Bashan,

2. Isaiah 9:10 וַאֲרָזִ֖ים

   “The bricks have fallen, but we will rebuild with finished stone; the sycamores have been felled, but we will replace them with cedars.”

3. Isaiah 14:8 אַרְזֵ֣י

   Even the cypresses and cedars of Lebanon exult over you: “Since you have been laid low, no woodcutter comes against us.”

4. Isaiah 37:24 אֲרָזָיו֙

   Through your servants you have taunted the Lord, and you have said: “With my many chariots I have ascended to the heights of the mountains, to the remote peaks of Lebanon.     and tell them that this is what the Lord GOD says: ‘A great eagle with great wings and long pinions, full of feathers of many colors, came to Lebanon and took away the top of the cedar.

12. Ezekiel 17:22 הָאֶ֛רֶז

    This is what the Lord GOD says: ‘I will take a shoot from the lofty top of the cedar, and I will set it out. I will pluck a tender sprig from its topmost shoots, and I will plant it on a high and lofty mountain.

    I will plant it on the mountain heights of Israel so that it will bear branches; it will yield fruit and become a majestic cedar. Birds of every kind will nest under it, taking shelter in the shade of its branches.

    Look at Assyria, a cedar in Lebanon, with beautiful branches that shaded the forest. It towered on high; its top was among the clouds.

16. Ezekiel 31:8 אֲרָזִ֣ים

    The cedars in the garden of God could not rival it; the cypresses could not compare with its branches, nor the plane trees match its boughs. No tree in the garden of God could compare with its beauty.

17. Amos 2:9 אֲרָזִים֙

    Yet it was I who destroyed the Amorite before them, though his height was like that of the cedars, and he was as strong as the oaks. Yet I destroyed his fruit above and his roots below.

18. Zechariah 11:1 בַּאֲרָזֶֽיךָ׃

    Open your doors, O Lebanon, that the fire may consume your cedars!

19. Zechariah 11:2 אֶ֔רֶז

    Wail, O cypress, for the cedar has fallen; the majestic trees are ruined! Wail, O oaks of Bashan, for the dense forest has been cut down!
