Nơi thánh
Một trong hai phần của đền tạm (Xuất Ê-díp-tô Ký 26:31; 37:17-25; Hê-bơ-rơ 9:2). Nơi này dài 20 thước và cao rộng 10 thước. Nơi thánh được chiếu sáng bằng chân đèn bằng vàng, vì không có cửa sổ để lấy ánh sáng bên ngoài. Bên trong có bàn để bánh trần thiết (Xuất Ê-díp-tô Ký 25:23-29) và bàn thờ xông hương bằng vàng (Xuất Ê-díp-tô Ký 30:1-11). Nơi này được ngăn cách với nơi chí thánh bằng một bức màn may bằng vật liệu quý giá nhất và có màu sắc rực rỡ nhất.
Bố cục của đền thờ cũng tương tự về điểm này. Trong đền thờ, các vách đá đẽo được ốp gỗ bách hương, dát vàng và trang trí bằng những hình chạm khắc tuyệt đẹp. Lối vào từ hàng hiên gồm các cánh cửa gấp dát vàng và chạm nổi lộng lẫy. Phía ngoài nơi thánh có một bể nước lớn bằng đồng đúc đặt trên lưng mười hai con bò đực (ba con quay về mỗi hướng), có thể chứa hai ngàn thùng nước. Ngoài ra còn có mười thùng rửa và bàn thờ dâng của lễ thiêu bằng đồng.
