Mê-sác
Một trong ba thanh niên Hê-bơ-rơ được huấn luyện cùng với Đa-ni-ên tại Ba-by-lôn (Đa-ni-ên 1:11, 19), và được thăng lên hàng ngũ các thuật sĩ. Về sau, ông cùng các bạn mình bị ném vào lò lửa hực vì từ chối thờ lạy pho tượng mà nhà vua đã dựng nên, và họ đã được giải cứu cách phép lạ từ nơi đó (Đa-ni-ên 3:13-30). Tên tiếng Canh-đê của ông là Mê-sác (xem mục này).
