Tiệt-sa
Một kinh thành cổ của người Ca-na-an bị Giô-suê tiêu diệt (Giô-suê 12:24). Giê-rô-bô-am đã chọn nơi này làm nơi ở của mình và dời đến đây từ Si-khem, vốn là nơi đầu tiên ông lập làm thủ đô của vương quốc. Nơi đây vẫn là nơi ngự chính của các vua Y-sơ-ra-ên cho đến khi Ôm-ri chiếm Sa-ma-ri (1 Các Vua 14:17; 15:21; 16:6, 8, v.v.). Tại đây Xim-ri đã thiệt mạng trong ngọn lửa của cung điện mà ông đã phóng hỏa trong tuyệt vọng (1 Các Vua 16:18), và cũng tại đây Mê-na-hem đã đánh giết Sa-lum (2 Các Vua 15:14, 16). Sa-lô-môn có nhắc đến vẻ đẹp của thành này (Nhã Ca 6:4). Nơi này được đồng nhất với làng đất bùn Teiasir ngày nay, cách Si-khem 11 dặm về phía bắc. Tuy nhiên, những người khác lại đồng nhất nơi này với Telluza, một ngôi làng cách Sa-ma-ri khoảng 6 dặm về phía đông.
