Cây chà là lùn, góc đông nam của hoang mạc et-Tih, đồng vắng Ba-ran, giữa Vịnh Akabah và đầu nguồn Wady Guraiyeh (Dân-số Ký 13:21). Cần phân biệt với đồng vắng Sin (xem mục này).
