Nhỏ bé, một thị trấn ở phía đông hoặc đông nam Biển Chết, nơi Lót và các con gái ông đã chạy trốn đến từ Sô-đôm (Sáng-thế Ký 19:22, 23). Ban đầu thành có tên là Bê-la (Sáng-thế Ký 14:2, 8). Thành này được các đấng tiên tri Ê-sai (Sáng-thế Ký 15:5) và Giê-rê-mi (Sáng-thế Ký 48:34) nhắc đến. Tàn tích của nó vẫn còn được thấy ở cửa hẻm núi Kerak, tức Kiệt-Mô-áp được đề cập trong 2 Các Vua 3, ngày nay là Tell esh-Shaghur.
