A-bi-hu
Cha của người ấy; tức là “kẻ thờ phượng Đức Chúa Trời”, con trai thứ nhì của A-rôn (Xuất Ê-díp-tô Ký 6:23; Dân-số Ký 3:2; 26:60; 1 Sử-ký 6:3). Cùng với ba người anh em của mình, ông được biệt riêng ra thánh cho chức tế lễ (Xuất Ê-díp-tô Ký 28:1). Cùng với cha và anh cả, ông đã cùng bảy mươi trưởng lão đi một đoạn đường lên núi với Môi-se (Xuất Ê-díp-tô Ký 24:1, 9). Có một lần ông và Na-đáp, anh mình, dâng hương trong lư hương đựng lửa “lạ” (tức lửa phàm), không phải lửa lấy từ bàn thờ đồng lớn (Lê-vi Ký 6:9, v.v.), vì tội này họ bị đánh chết, rồi bị đem ra chôn bên ngoài trại quân (Lê-vi Ký 10:1-11; so sánh Dân-số Ký 3:4; 26:61; 1 Sử-ký 24:2). Rất có thể khi phạm tội này họ đã say rượu, vì ngay sau đó luật cấm các thầy tế lễ dùng rượu hoặc đồ uống có men được ban bố.
