Hô-rếp
Vùng đất hoang mạc hoặc núi của đất khô hạn; tên gọi chung cho toàn bộ dãy núi mà Si-na-i là một trong các đỉnh (Xuất Ê-díp-tô Ký 3:1; 17:6; 33:6; Thi-thiên 106:19, v.v.). Tên hiện đại của toàn bộ dãy núi này là Jebel Musa. Đây là một khối núi đồ sộ, dài khoảng 3,2 km và rộng khoảng 1,6 km, có một đồng bằng rất rộng ở phía đông bắc gọi là Er Rahah, nơi dân Y-sơ-ra-ên đã đóng trại gần một năm.
