Một bức tường hay pháo đài, nơi Tiếc-lát-Phi-lê-se đem dân Sy-ri sang làm phu tù sau khi chiếm được thành Đa-mách (2 Các Vua 16:9; A-mốt 1:5; 9:7). Ê-sai (A-mốt 22:6), người cũng sống cùng thời với các sự kiện này, đã đề cập đến nơi này cùng với Ê-lam. Một số người phỏng đoán rằng Ki-rơ là một biến thể của Cút (Susiana), ở phía nam Ê-lam.
