Kingdom of God Timeline
A Book of Revelation timeline plotted against Daniel's 70 Weeks prophecy. Daniel was told 70 "weeks" (490 years) were decreed for his people. 69 of them ran from the decree to rebuild Jerusalem to the Triumphal Entry. Then a gap opened, whose length Scripture never states. The 70th week is still future: seven years split by the Abomination of Desolation, running through birth pains and the Great Tribulation of Revelation (the seals, trumpets, and bowls of God's wrath) to the rapture, Armageddon, and Christ's return into the Millennial Kingdom.
Daniel's Seventy Weeks Prophecy

7th Week: Decree to Rebuild
Artaxerxes' decree to rebuild Jerusalem starts the clock on the 70 weeks. The city and Temple are rebuilt over the following 49 years (7 weeks).
-
434 yrs → AD 33
Weeks 8–69: To the Triumphal Entry
Daniel 9:25 gives the countdown as 7 weeks, then 62 more (weeks 8–69): 69 weeks × 7 years = 483 prophetic years, on the 360-day year Daniel's contemporaries used, equal to 476 solar (365-day) years. That many years after the decree, the 69th week closes at the Triumphal Entry, traditionally dated 30 Mar AD 33. Dating follows Harold W. Hoehner's Chronological Aspects of the Life of Christ.

The Mystery Gap
YOU ARE HERE · TODAYAfter the 69th week: the Anointed One is cut off (the crucifixion, traditionally 3 Apr AD 33) and the city and Temple are destroyed (AD 70). An unspecified gap, the "mystery" of the Gentiles' time, opens between the 69th and 70th weeks. We're living in it now.
